Gould Real Estate was established in 2007 and is a family owned and operated business. It is operated by a husband and wife team who specialise in selling properties within the northern suburbs of Perth.

Gina Gould, the Licensee has been working in real estate for over 13 years and has sold over 800 properties. Previous to establishing Gould Real Estate she worked as the Estate Manager for Richard Noble and Company and through this role she has gained extensive knowledge in development, property and in contract law. Gina has achieved a Diploma in Business Management (Real Estate), Certificate III in Property Services and a Certificate IV in Advanced Office Skills and Administration. In addition to her studies Gina currently holds a Triennial Certificate.

Tom Gould has been the Sales Manager for Gould Real Estate since 2008. Tom previously was self employed as a fixing carpenter which has proven to be a great asset when selling as he has an extensive knowledge of building and construction. Tom has achieved a Certificate III in Property Services and a Certificate III in Carpentry and Joinery.
